| 1. Last month's fees will be non-refundable and has to be paid at registration time. |

| 2. All fees shall be paid with cheques. Fee cheques dated after the 10th of the month will carry a charge of $20 per month. No cash please. |
| 3. NSF cheques will carry a penalty of $20. NSF cheques replaced after the 10th of the month will carry a charge of $40. Second time NSF will carry a penalty of $50. |
